Welcome to Luvr. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Luvr website, AI girlfriend chat features and any related services (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using Luvr you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Conditions of Use

  1. Acceptance of terms. By creating an account or using Luvr in any way you accept these Terms in full.
  2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.
  3. Account creation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating your account.
  4. Account security. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  5. One account per user. You may not maintain multiple accounts to evade restrictions or limits.
  6. Personal use only. Luvr is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
  7. Fictional characters. All AI personalities on Luvr are fictional. They are not real people and do not represent real individuals.
  8. AI limitations. Conversations are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
  9. Prohibited content. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, violent or otherwise objectionable.
  10. Prohibited behavior. You agree not to use the Service to harm others, attempt to deceive the AI for malicious purposes, or impersonate any person.
  11. No reverse engineering. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code or models behind the Service.
  12. No scraping. Automated scraping, crawling or bulk extraction of content is not permitted.
  13. API and integrations. Access to any API is governed by separate technical and commercial terms.
  14. User content license. By submitting content (such as messages) you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service.
  15. Intellectual property. All AI characters, branding, code, designs and content on Luvr are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
  16. Subscriptions and fees. Certain features may be offered on a paid basis. Pricing and renewal terms will be displayed at purchase.
  17. Free trials. Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  18. Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
  19. Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your use of the Service.
  20. Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  21. Termination by us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
  22. Termination effect. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately; provisions intended to survive termination will remain in effect.
  23. Changes to the Service. We may add, modify or discontinue features at any time.
  24. Beta features. Experimental features may be provided “as is” and may change or be removed without notice.
  25. Availability. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
  26. Third-party services. The Service may rely on third-party providers; their terms apply in addition to ours where relevant.
  27. Disclaimer of warranties. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  28. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
  29. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
  30. Privacy. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  31. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
  32. Dispute resolution. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first and, if necessary, the competent courts of our jurisdiction.
  33. Severability. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
  34. No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  35. Updates to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
